  • Only clients who provide written consent on their quote form will have images of their project used for promotional purposes.
  • Photos will never include personal information, identifiable addresses, or private spaces unrelated to the project.
  • Images may be used on our website, social media platforms, print materials, and other marketing channels to highlight our work.    
  1. Referral Program Terms

If you refer to a new client:

  • You must be a prior client with a completed project
  • Photos or project information is not shareable
  • Referrals must complete an installation for rewards to be issued
  • Rewards are not transferable or redeemable in cash
  • We reserve the right to update program rules at any time
  1. Data Storage & Protection

All submitted information is stored securely within our internal systems. Access is limited to authorized staff, and no sensitive data is shared externally. We do not store payment information on our website.
  1. Retention of Information

We retain project and contact information only for as long as necessary to:

  • Complete your service
  • Maintain warranty records
  • Track referral history

Once no longer needed, records are securely deleted.
  1. Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If we learn that a child’s information has been submitted in error, we will delete it promptly.
